I graduated from San Diego State University after serving in the military, and have been a mortgage originator in San Diego for over 30 years. I opened Coastal Pacific Mortgage Corp. in 1980 and continue to operate the company as President. As a Mortgage Broker I am not limited to just one lender.  I have been able to establish relationships with many different lenders allowing me to shop for the best rates and terms for you.

I have established my reputation over the years by "Closing Escrows & Loans On Time".  This is accomplished by constant communication with borrowers, lenders, agents, and escrows at all times.  For over 10 years I have personally processed my own loans.  This INCLUDED drawing loan documents, and orchestrating the funding/closings on all my loans during those 10 years.  This "hands on" experience is very valuable to understanding the entire process from origination through closing and what it takes to push transactions through on time.
